Pravika
Although native to Dallas, Texas, Pravika currently attends a boarding school in New Jersey named the Lawrenceville School where she is a junior. Finding her interest in sicence and math, she joined Girls Who Code program this summer to build a foundation in computer science and to further understand the techonologies that are being used and built today. Besides coding, Pravika enjoys playing field hockey and participates in theater productions.
Emily
Emily is currently a junior at Hunter College High School. She is the treasurer of the Asian Cultural Society, layout editor for her school newspaper, and an intern for the Manhattan Borough President. When she isn't doing schoolwork, she divides her time between watching crime shows, fiddling around with her computer, taking photos of everything, and catching up on sleep. She hopes to pursue Computer Science further at the collegiate level.
Mima
Mima is currently a senior at Avenues: The World School. Her interest in coding was fostered from a love of math and science, a curiosty in today's techonolgical revolution, and a want to be part of it. She joined the Summer Imersion Program after loving her experience at a corporate club at Twitter. Aside from coding, Mima enjoys all athletic activies, ranging from tennis to skiing to kiteboarding. She hopes to double major in Computer Science and Econ, with a focus on big data.
